We purchased our first Akita in 1989. In the past 19 years we have finished several Akitas to their AKC Champioinship
FFrom 1989 until 1995 we searched for the perfect girl to be our foundation bitch.
liIn 1995 we purchased Rising Sun's Me-Sho U Kabuki . Me-Sho's breeder is Melinda Spinosa Costanzo of Kabuki Akitas. She finished her AKC Championship in 8 sets of shows, owner handled by me. She has gone on to be the foundation bitch of our kennel. She has several champion get and Champion grandchildren.
We love the type and temperment she has produced. We are firm believers that an Akitas has to be as sound in mind, as in body.kWe are active in showing our dogs in conformation, and belong to a local kennel club. We try to make every breeding we do count towards the betterment of our breed.
All of our breeding stock have their hips X-Rayed and issued a certificate from the Orthopedic Foundation For Animals. (OFA).
We also have our dogs eye's checked once a year to detect and heredity eye problems, and are issued a certificate from the Canine Eye Registry Foundation.(CERF.)
ALL dogs, Show and Pet are sold on contract. All pets are given Limited Registration from the American Kennel Club. (AKC).
ALL pets have to be spayed or neutered.
We are firm believers in producing " Quality " not " Quanity ".

We are located on the Beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast in Biloxi,Ms.
Our new kennel building was completed in 2000. It consists of 12 indoor , outdoor air-conditioned runs, and a grooming room.
